About this Course

For teens who have enjoyed the camper experience and are now looking to further develop their leadership abilities, start building skills for part-time jobs or just wish to experience camps in a new way can try our Leader-In-Training or Counsellor-in-Training program. The experience will begin with a formal interview and conclude with an exit evaluation. Participants will gain valuable theoretical and practical experience with leadership, planning, organizing, and environmental awareness skills. Youth can apply to be a Counsellor-In-Training for a four-week session at Camp Sudaca.
