About this Course

You're never too old to start! The City of Greater Sudbury offers Adult Swim Lessons at each of the 5 community pools. Our this program will teach you the basics from entering and exiting the water to the more advanced lessons where you can perfect your swim strokes and skills. These lessons offer Water Smart® Education as part of the Swim for Life® program. The City of Greater Sudbury is affiliated with the LifeSaving Society.
