About this Course

Adult Summer Session: Ages 14+ This program is designed to allow adults an opportunity to engage in physical activity to increase their physical fitness and work towards achieving their own personal goals in a structured, safe and non-threatening environment. This program’s focus is on developing the participant’s motor skills, as well as refining and consolidating their Taekwondo skills through a variety of activities.
